The STERISYS team
The STERISYS team currently consists of over 30 dedicated employees. We represent a broad age range from early 20s to over 60, creating a dynamic mix of experiences and perspectives. This diversity is the key to our innovative strength, allowing us to tackle challenges from various angles.
Our team brings together experts across various departments, including project management, engineering, automation, software development, production, administration, accounting, procurement, sales, and marketing, ensuring comprehensive solutions for every aspect of our projects.

At STERISYS, there are various opportunities for students to get involved and gain valuable practical experience. We generally offer internships, final theses (Bachelor's/Master's) and working student positions. We do not advertise any specific positions but encourage interested students to contact us with their interests and field of study. As soon as we get your application, you will receive confirmation of receipt shortly afterwards. Your documents will be reviewed immediately by our HR department. If we are interested in your application, we will invite you to an initial interview. This will allow us to get to know each other and usually lasts around 60 minutes. Depending on the position, further interviews may follow.
