What you can expect
Our focus is on process technology for the production of liquid pharmaceuticals. While the production systems are often already automated, the primary, secondary and tertiary packaging is usually still fed into and removed from the systems manually.
We have recognized this fact and have set ourselves the task of automating the insertion and removal of the following packaging. We have developed FlexyBot Solutions for this purpose.

The FlexyBot visual inspection module is designed to replace manual inspection on lyophilization production lines, ensuring 360° control of the tub equivalent to or better than a human operator. Its software analyzes Tyvek for damage detection (such as holes or scratches) and incomplete sealing, also checking the tub's bottom and sides for potential sterility-compromising damage post-e-beamer treatment. Targeting pharmaceutical productions with vials or syringes, it's ideally deployed post-debagger and pre-e-beamer for full automation compliance with Annex 1 EU GMP. This enhances production line automation while reducing operator interaction, and offers the advantage of easy implementation on existing lines with minor modifications.
